Demolition work produces wire in bulk, and most of it is sold as scrap on the way out the gate. Some of it is worth considerably more than that.
A commercial demolition generates service cable, feeders, panel whips, tray runs and conduit conductors, often thousands of pounds in a single project. Scrap value is the baseline; the question is whether any of it is still usable wire.
Coiled, cleanly removed cable with legible print can sometimes be sold as product, especially in larger sizes where the value gap is wide. We review photos of what was pulled and tell you which portions are worth separating before it goes to the yard.
Georgia's redevelopment cycle, particularly in Atlanta, Savannah and Columbus, generates a steady flow of commercial demolition. Industrial teardowns in the manufacturing corridors produce the largest cable volumes.
Most engagements follow the same path: you send photos or an inventory list, we respond with a range and a list of anything we need clarified, then we schedule an inspection at your site. After inspection we confirm a firm number, agree a count, and schedule removal. Payment is made by check or bank transfer once the count is agreed.
We buy wire and cable only. Transformers, switchgear, breakers, panels, motors, tools and general scrap are outside our scope, and we will help you separate them so the wire lot can be valued cleanly.
A wide shot of the racks plus a few readable tags is enough for us to give you a realistic range.
Sometimes. Cable removed in long, clean coils with legible print can sell as wire. Cable that has been cut short, dragged or mixed with debris is generally a scrap sale.
Yes. Send photos of the pulled material and we will identify which portions are worth separating. A short conversation before hauling often pays for itself.
Yes, but they are priced separately within the load. Mixing them at the yard usually costs money, so keep them apart if it is practical.
Send the details below and include photos of your spools, reels and labels. Photos are what let us identify the construction, estimate footage, and give you a real number instead of a guess.
